Since 2012 I’ve used my Instagram account @feedmepastry to show friends, family, colleagues, and everyone else what I’m cooking on a day-to-day basis at work and at home. I’ve been a pastry chef for over a decade, cooking in professional kitchens in both Philadelphia and New York City. But like everyone else in the world, the last couple of years have brought huge changes! I’ve evolved from working as a full-time pastry chef into a full-time food and beverage writer — and I'm bringing my recipes directly to you here so you can enjoy them wherever you are!
